Meet the ProSoft Solutions Team - Steven Elam
Steven Elam, Customer Account Manager
Steven Elam began working with ProSoft Solutions in May, 2011 as the Customer Account Manager. In his role he does a little bit of everything, from managing their customer base for Sage Fund Accounting products, to facilitating training, consulting modules, user groups, and more. “I decided to come to work for ProSoft Solutions because they are the leader in Sage Nonprofit Solutions software year after year. Their high level of integrity and professionalism was desirable, and the way they conduct business internally and externally with the upmost fairness was in line with my personal philosophies. It gives me fulfillment to know at the end of the day that we will do everything possible to provide our customers with the very best experience.”
Steven has a BA in Accounting and 8 years of experience working with Sage Nonprofit Solutions. Having worked in the Support and Learning Services departments of Sage MIP Fund Accounting and ultimately becoming a Customer Account Manager, Steven brings an abundant amount of expertise with him to ProSoft. “I thoroughly enjoyed working with Sage and their products, and moving to ProSoft Solutions was a natural progression for me,” reflects Steven.
When he’s not at work you’re likely to find Steven enjoying life! From hitting the gym several times a week, hunting, fishing and spending time with his dog to watching football, comedy and adventure movies – he loves staying active and happy. “I think laughter is the best medicine, after all who doesn’t like Indiana Jones!? But I’d have to say my favorite form of entertainment is the theater because everything is better in real life rather than on television.”
