Support and Maintenance

The
annual maintenance and support contract is provided at 20% of the current
prices of all licensed Sage MIP Fund Accounting software. This
service provides the customer with new versions, enhancements as well as
access to the toll free technical support. The technical support
department, provides average response time of
within two hours. Maintenance must be current before end user may add
an additional modules. Sage MIP Fund Accounting software
is supported by the manufacturer.
